Welcome to Awakened Holistic Healings LLC. By using this website or booking a session with me, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please read this agreement carefully before booking any service.

All services offered through Awakened Holistic Healings LLC—including Reiki, Akashic Records Readings, and Akashic Records Healings—are offered as spiritual and energetic tools to support holistic self-awareness, alignment, and personal growth. These services are intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only.

2. Spiritual Disclaimer

You understand and acknowledge that:

3. Reiki Disclaimer

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing technique that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellness. However:

Reiki is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.
I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Each individual’s experience is unique, and healing may unfold in ways that are not immediately visible or measurable.
By participating in Reiki, you acknowledge that you are receiving complementary support, not a medical service, and any effects are your responsibility to monitor and interpret.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While many people experience deep healing, peace, and breakthroughs through this work, I do not make any guarantees or assurances regarding specific results.

You acknowledge that:

Your success or transformation is influenced by your personal effort, choices, openness, and circumstances beyond my control.
Testimonials and experiences of past clients are not promises or predictions of what you will experience.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your time and energy—and mine—are both sacred. To maintain clear energetic and professional boundaries:

All sales are final once a session is rendered. No refunds will be issued.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your session start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If an emergency arises, I invite you to reach out. I will always approach the situation with compassion while honoring the boundaries of my practice.

Please ensure you are ready and committed when you book.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakened Holistic Healings LLC and I, Cassie Winchester, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of this site, services, or information received in any session.

You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and interpretations.

7. Consent and Agreement

By booking a service, visiting this website, or working with me in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimers.
You are over the age of 18 and booking on your own behalf.
You are voluntarily participating in services provided by Awakened Holistic Healings LLC.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Awakened Holistic Healings LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time at the sole discretion of the owner, Cassie Winchester, without the need to provide a detailed explanation.

Services may be declined or discontinued for reasons including, but not limited to:

Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
Intoxication or impairment during the session
Requests for services that are outside the scope of practice
Energetic or intuitive misalignment
Violation of these Terms and Conditions

If a session is ended or refused due to a breach of these policies or inappropriate conduct, no refund will be issued.
