Reconnect with yourself through Traditional Usui Reiki, a spiritual practice that works with universal life force energy through traditional Reiki symbols and hands-on or hands-off techniques. At Awakened Holistic Healings, your session combines Traditional Usui Reiki with up to two Advanced Body Systems (ABS), allowing for a personalized experience centered around your intentions. Advanced Body Systems work focuses on selected body systems, such as the nervous, endocrine, or digestive systems, as part of your spiritual energy-work session. Each session is approached with loving intention and care, creating space for relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with yourself. **WHAT'S INCLUDED** * A personalized distance Traditional Usui Reiki session. * Traditional Reiki techniques and symbols. * Up to two Advanced Body Systems per session, selected according to the arrangement you make when booking. **WHAT TO EXPECT** Your session takes place remotely. You can settle into a comfortable, quiet space while I conduct your session from a distance. You may choose to rest, meditate, or simply enjoy some quiet time. Some people notice sensations, emotions, or a sense of relaxation during or after Reiki, while others experience their sessions differently. There is no single right way to experience Reiki. **PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION** Consider setting an intention or reflecting on what you'd like to focus on. You don't need to have everything figured out before your session. Every session is unique, and individual experiences vary. **PLEASE NOTE** Reiki and Advanced Body Systems work are offered as complementary spiritual wellness practices. They are not substitutes for medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental health care. No particular physical, emotional, or other outcome is guaranteed.
